Evolve Housing recognises that joint expertise of social service providers plays an important role in the management of successful tenancies. Evolve Housing has a long history of working in partnership with support organisations; through partnerships we are able to support our residents to sustain their tenancies and strengthen the communities in which we operate.
Evolve Housing also has its own support services division ‘Evolve Housing for Youth’ where the focus is on early intervention amongst the homeless youth to help them reconnect with the community and gain skills to enter the workforce. By addressing these issues early (before adulthood) we can help break the cycle of homelessness and worklessness.
Tenants housed in supported accommodation are the most vulnerable and require varying levels of support depending on the individual need so that they can successfully live independently.
Evolve Housing has formal partnerships with 50 support service providers to provide an extensive range of support services to our clients who are in need.
