Evolve Housing has provided housing and support to disadvantaged families in Western Sydney for more than twenty years. Our residents come from a range of backgrounds and often have complex needs. Within our community are women and children escaping domestic violence, refugees, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, older people, people with disability, and people with mental health issues.
With your help we can have a lasting positive impact on individuals and on Western Sydney. Through a partnership with Evolve, your organisation can give back to the community, enhance the reputation of your business, and help you reach your social objectives.
We believe that partnerships are mutually beneficial. We tailor our approach to suit your corporate social responsibility needs and objectives. When you live your values you create a workplace culture that empowers your team, drives results and improves morale and engagement.
You can do more than make a donation. Participate in the development of your local community by supporting socially responsible and sustainable programs that match your organisation’s values. Each partnership is unique and can incorporate one or a combination of activities.
We provide opportunities for both skilled and unskilled volunteers, based on your requirements and the nature of the partnership.
- Skilled volunteers – assist with business improvement projects, help to design services, support our day to day operations, fill technical gaps, provide consulting services, and contribute to special projects.
- Unskilled volunteers – help with events, assist our elderly tenants with gardening, support our friendship aged network, and become involved in tenant participation activities.
We are currently looking for corporate volunteers throughout Western Sydney to participate in our digital mentoring program. We provide training for this structured program.
Event or program sponsorship
We provide vital support for our residents to live as independently as possible. Our programs and services include community gardening projects, life skills for young people, friendship networks to connect older or isolated residents, school holiday activities for young people who might otherwise be alone, and education support for children and young people.
