On 6 September 2017 Evolve Housing became the property and tenancy manager of eight group homes for people with disability on the Mid North Coast of NSW. We would like to welcome our new residents, their families and support people to the Evolve community.

Who are we
Evolve Housing is one of the largest community housing providers in Australia with over 25 years’ experience of property and housing management. Evolve is a GlobalMark accredited disability housing provider who provides holistic support for our tenants. We are also a registered Specialist Disability Accommodation Provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Who will be your point of contact?
Repairs and maintenance
Your point of contact for repairs and maintenance is your Disability Support Worker who will escalated the request to their Team Leader. The Team Leader will then raise a work request with Evolve Housing who will work with the appropriate contractor to complete the works.
Evolve has a 24 hour maintenance line for emergency repairs. Evolve will always try to have maintenance matters attended to on the same day for urgent and emergency repairs, and within a reasonable timeframe for routine repairs.
A dedicated housing manager has been hired for the Hunter and Mid North Coast regions.
