Award-winning Community Housing Provider Evolve Housing is proud to announce a new residential development in Penrith that will deliver 135 new homes under the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF), in partnership with Housing Australia and developer Urban Property Group. 

Close to Penrith train station, the development will deliver 135 affordable homes and 296 private market dwellings in a mixed tenure community. The overall development provides 431 of much needed accommodation in this well-located area.  

The Penrith development is the fourth of 11 projects to be announced under the HAFFF program, where Evolve Housing will provide more than 1,200 new social and affordable homes across New South Wales and Victoria. 

These new homes will provide secure, high-quality accommodation designed to promote long-term tenancy stability and community well-being. Built to high environmental and design standards, they will feature modern, accessible layouts to meet the needs of a diverse range of residents. All tenant cohorts will have equal access to all amenities provided in this development.  

With residents at the heart of what we do, the strategic location of these new homes will offer our residents easy access to transport and essential services, including a vibrant mix of cafés, boutique shops, a supermarket, pharmacy, and medical centre, alongside reputable schools and expansive green spaces. This well-rounded environment lays the groundwork for a thriving, well-connected community. 

The project is scheduled for completion in July 2027.
