Project summary
Evolve Housing is proud to have partnered with Housing Australia, NSW Land and Housing Corporation through Homes NSW and Billbergia Group to develop this project for 376 new homes.
This project includes 63 social housing properties managed by Evolve Housing on a 20-year lease on behalf of Homes NSW. We own the affordable housing tower which comprises 93 affordable housing properties managed by our profit-for-purpose real estate agency EchoRealty. There are also 220 private market dwellings.

Sustainability
The design narrative was underpinned by a tenure blind philosophy to support sense of community, and optimise social and sustainability benefits, including:
- Universal design principles applied to site planning, common areas and individual dwellings
- All social dwellings have silver level Liveable Housing Australia standard for enhanced access and comfort
- Built-in sustainability features include: solar panels, 4-Star + water fixtures, and Low-E double glazing on external windows and glass doors
- Two adaptable units
- “Designing out Maintenance” principles applied to minimise recurrent costs
