When Dave first joined Evolve Housing in September 2022 after travelling halfway across the world, he never imagined he’d find his calling in helping people rebuild their lives. As a Case Manager in the Together Home program, Dave worked closely with homeless adults and supported them in securing and sustaining long-term housing.

Dave continued to work with our most vulnerable tenants after transitioning to the Support Pathways team in 2024, helping them navigate complex challenges and maintain stable housing – an experience that truly opened his eyes to the difference we can make in people’s lives.

Evolve Housing supported Dave by providing him incredible opportunities for growth, such as a leadership course which enhanced his skills and saw him step up as Team Leader when needed.

“These experiences have been invaluable in developing my leadership and problem-solving abilities,” Dave said.

“Evolve Housing has truly been a fantastic place to grow both professionally and personally. The opportunities for development, the supportive culture, and the meaningful work we do make it an incredibly rewarding place to be. I’m excited to see what the future holds!”
