The www.evolvehousing.com.au and www.echorealty.com.au websites (the “Websites”) have been created for the purpose of providing information about Evolve Housing and EchoRealty (as applicable), our services, publications and policies and a means of providing feedback, accessing the tenant portal and otherwise getting in contact with us.  These websites are owned by Evolve Housing Limited (“Evolve Housing”).

These Terms of Use govern your access to, and use of, the Websites and are governed by the law in force in the State of New South Wales.

Disclaimer & Liability

Information on the Websites is of a general nature and only intended to provide a summary of the relevant subject matter.

While the information has been formulated with due skill and care, and Evolve Housing uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information is up to date, this is not always possible and Evolve Housing makes no warranties in relation to the accuracy, currency or completeness of the information and materials on the Websites. No statement, information or material on the Websites amounts to a legally binding obligation or warranty.

Privacy

Use of the Websites are governed by these terms and Evolve Housing’s Privacy Policy NSW / Privacy Policy VIC and which may be amended by Evolve Housing from time to time.

We collect limited information about users of our websites, for diagnostic and analytic purposes.

We may use data that is collected by the Websites for research and product development purposes, including for example:

• (a) the number of users accessing certain information; and
• (b) the number of users on the website at particular times
• (c) approximate geolocation of a user
• (d) browser and device information of a user

Where possible, this data will be analysed on a de-identified and aggregated basis.

We may provide links to other third party websites from our own website. Any intellectual property rights in respect of the content and material contained the Websites is owned by Evolve Housing, unless otherwise stated, and must not be copied, reproduced, published, displayed, transmitted or distributed in any way without Evolve Housing’s written consent.

Subject to the paragraph above, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content in the Websites solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. No other use is permitted without the express written consent of Evolve Housing.

Evolve Housing cannot, and does not, grant you any permission or authority in respect of the copyright in the material posted on our Websites by others, or which appears on third party internet sites, linked to this website. Evolve Housing is not responsible for the content of those sites and does not accept responsibility for the use or reliance of material of any website which is referred to or accessed through our Websites. The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by Evolve Housing of the sites.
