New homes in Sunshine North

Evolve Housing delivers its first development under Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) in partnership with Homes Victoria and Pace Development Group. This innovative development provides 85 new homes, comprising 35 social and 50 affordable housing units. These homes are designed to meet the needs of a diverse range of residents, offering a range of one, two, and three bedroom units.
