Project summary

The Sunshine North project is the first of eleven developments delivered under the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFFF). Evolve Housing partnered with Homes Victoria, Pace Development Group, and Housing Australia to deliver 85 new homes in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, strengthening Evolve Housing’s growing footprint in Victoria.

Guided by the belief that a home is more than just a physical space, Sunshine North has been thoughtfully designed to provide security, comfort, and wellbeing for residents. The development includes 35 social housing units and 50 affordable housing units, with the affordable homes managed by our profit-for-purpose real estate agency, EchoRealty, at a discounted market rent of 25%.
