Our objective: 

Work with and for our tenants to inform service delivery, housing suitability and community cohesion 

We’ll do this by: 

• Building and maintaining suitable housing for tenants 
• Enabling a strong tenant voice that can shape long-term wellbeing
• Improving the energy efficiency and comfort of our buildings
