In February 2025, Evolve Housing was awarded 11 projects under Round 1 of these initiatives, representing more than 900 affordable homes. EchoRealty will play a key role in managing these properties once delivered and will continue to explore new partnerships to ensure more people in need can live in quality, affordable homes in thriving communities.
