Affordable Housing offers a secure housing alternative for low to moderate income households who cannot afford private market rents. Evolve Housing through our profit for purpose real estate agency EchoRealty, manages one of the largest affordable housing portfolios in New South Wales with most of our portfolio in the high need area of Western Sydney.

EchoRealty manages properties owned by Evolve Housing, Local Government, developers and property investors with offices in Parramatta and Penrith.

EchoRealty is a profit-for-purpose real estate agency specialising in general property management and affordable property management. Thanks to its heritage with parent company Evolve Housing, one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit Community Housing Providers (CHPs), EchoRealty debuted its services in 2017. EchoRealty has over 1,000 properties under management, spanning from the greater Sydney region to Victoria, and ACT.

Unlike traditional real estate agents whose sole objective is to generate profits, EchoRealty is a profit for purpose provider of professional property management services. The EchoRealty difference is that all profits will be reinvested to grow the supply of affordable housing stock in NSW, and into social support programs delivered via Evolve Housing that empower very low to moderate income residents on a journey to independence.

The EchoRealty team have more than 60 years combined real estate experience and are specialists in general property management service and affordable housing property management. EchoRealty have been involved with affordable housing since 2009 and have managed properties as part of the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) since the program’s beginnings. EchoRealty is one of the largest NRAS providers across all of Australia.
