Our objective: 

Growing and maintaining a resilient housing portfolio while reducing our environmental impact. 

We’ll do this by: 

• Establishing a carbon emissions baseline and reducing it year-on-year. 

• Monitoring the climate risk of all our properties and take the necessary steps to protect our residents.  

• Calculating our annual waste generation and reducing it year-on-year. 

We’re already making progress 

We’re helping 255 residents to save approximately $600-a-year on their energy bills, through the Evolving Green Program.
