Congratulations Gamal on your graduation of the Social Housing CHIA Cadetship!
Evolve Housing is extremely proud of Gamal Mohamed who successfully completed his Social Housing CHIA Cadetship!
Gamal donned his graduation robe as his wonderful mentors Erlinda and Kristelle, who helped him every step of the way with training, cheered him on.
As part of the Housing Cadetship program, Gamal received on-the-job paid training over a 12-month period with Evolve Housing whilst studying a Certificate IV in Social Housing.
We are pleased to share Gamal has successfully secured full-time employment in the Housing sector as a Contact Centre Officer with Evolve Housing.
“I appreciate the education and practical experience given to me by CHIA and Evolve Housing,” Gamal said.
“I had great support and guidance from Erlinda, Kristelle, other team leaders and staff who made this a valuable experience to the extent of securing employment with Evolve Housing.
“This job gives me satisfaction, confidence, and a stream of income.
“I express my gratitude and thanks to CHIA and Evolve Housing.”
Kristelle, Evolve Housing’s Contact Centre Team Leader, applauded Gamal for becoming an important member of the team who continues to grow in his role.
“We were extremely proud of Gamal on his graduation and his achievement,” Kristelle said.
“Gamal has become an integral part of the Contact Centre team and has settled well into his new role. He has acquired new skills and knowledge relating to Customer Service and Property Maintenance and demonstrates a strong commitment to developing and growing with the team.”
Resident Services Team Leader Erlinda commended Gamal on his impressionable transformation and for embracing his new role.
“Gamal has successfully transformed himself through determination and hardwork,” she said.
“He is a true example of someone who embraced an opportunity and successfully conquered whatever obstacle was in his way. I am proud to be part of his journey. Congratulations Gamal!”
The Cadetship program is integral in creating pathways for individuals securing job opportunities within Community Services. In addition, the program creates a talent pool of suitably qualified candidates for the Community Housing sector.
