We are excited to announce the launch of our new Tenant Portal. This is a self-service, secure online platform designed to give you, our tenant, an option to request services and access information related to your tenancy. 

The Tenant Portal will have everything you need at your fingertips, from managing your tenancy to paying rent and submitting maintenance requests.  

You will be receiving an email and letter in the mail with simple instructions on how to set up and update your portal. There will also be easy-to-follow user guides available to ensure your set-up is completed smoothly.  

As the new system is developed, additional features will be made available to provide a more efficient, transparent, and convenient way to access services. 

To register for the Tenant Portal, you will need to have an active email address already registered with Evolve Housing. 

If you do not have an email or are unsure, please contact myevolve@evolvehousing.com.au and include your name, address and mobile number requesting your email details and we will respond to you, or you can call 1800 693 865 for assistance.
