CHIA Cadetship Program | Learn and Earn with the Community Housing Industry Association Cadetship Program! 

This exciting program is an opportunity for successful cadets to undertake paid employment and training in application/allocation services, tenancy, property, and asset maintenance management with Evolve Housing. 

What’s in it for you?

👍 Earn an income whilst you learn for 12 months 

👍 On the job learning with a Community Housing Provider 

The Cadetship Program is open to residents of NSW who are: 

👉 Social housing tenants and clients aged 25+ (including those on the waitlist, those receiving private rental assistance and those living in crisis/supported accommodation); 

👉 Unemployed and aged 18-24 years 

👉 People who are Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander; 

👉 People living with disability (those who have one or more physical, mental, intellectual, neurological or sensory impairments or conditions); and 

👉 Refugees and migrants (those that may face barriers to employment due to English being a second language, cultural differences, prejudice).
