Paul Howlett Honoured for 16 Years of Transformational Leadership at Evolve Housing
Following the announcement of Chris Eccles as the new Chair of the Evolve Housing Group Board, heartfelt gratitude is extended to Paul Howlett for his extraordinary 16 years commitment to Evolve Housing, 12 of those as Chairperson. His remarkable leadership transformed Evolve Housing into a visionary Tier 1 Community Housing Provider, delivering safe and affordable homes to those in need. His strategic vision, steadfast commitment, and compassionate leadership have laid a strong foundation for the organisation’s future growth and success.
During Paul’s time as Chair, Evolve Housing grew from 1,900 to over 5,000 homes, providing hope and stability to thousands of residents. Reflecting on his journey, Paul shared:
“My time with Evolve Housing has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life. It has been an honour to witness our growth and work with such a talented and dedicated team who pour their hearts into creating thriving communities. To our residents, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey—I will carry your stories with me always.”
