Highlights of the Year: 

• Our property portfolio increased to 4,965 properties, housing over 11,000 residents.  

• We launched the Tenant Portal, providing residents with efficient, easy access to services and tailored support. 

Centred on our commitment to residents, we launched our new 2024-2028 Strategic Plan. This plan emphasises innovation, progress, and sustainable growth in community housing over the next five years. It aims to meet the housing needs of individuals and families while ensuring accountability and enhancing lives. 

Evolve Housing is one of the few Community Housing Providers covering the full housing continuum, from crisis accommodation to affordable and private market housing. EchoRealty, our profit-for-purpose real estate agency, expanded by 230 properties, now managing over 2,000 dwellings.
