Evolve Housing secures five-year Affordable Housing Property Management contract with Willoughby City Council
Award-winning Tier-1 community housing provider (CHP) Evolve Housing has successfully tendered and secured another five-year property management contract with Willoughby City Council.
Evolve Housing, through our profit-for-purpose real estate agency EchoRealty will continue to manage affordable housing apartments on behalf of Willoughby City Council, providing much needed housing options to individuals on low-to-moderate incomes who reside or work in the Willoughby LGA.
Lyall Gorman, CEO, Evolve Housing said he is incredibly pleased with the outcome.
