Evolve Housing is pleased to release our Annual Report for the 2021-2022 financial period, highlighting our growth and strong social and financial achievements.  

Being one of the largest community housing providers in Australia, Evolve Housing generated an annual operating surplus of over $29M this past financial year, with the commitment of both re-investing into more housing for those most in need and expanding the range of programs on offer to support our residents.  

The turbulent events of the last two years have demonstrated more than ever that safe, secure and affordable housing is vital to securing the health and wellbeing of every Australian. In 2021-22, our team worked tirelessly to support our residents despite the continued challenges of COVID-19, while remaining flexible, well-resourced and agile in our working environments.  

With a strong reputation in NSW as a trusted partner to government, residents, not-for-profits and private companies, Evolve Housing made the decision to expand into the Victorian housing market, recognising that the need for housing solutions is a whole-of-country issue and responsibility, not just a state-based one.  

Evolve Housing CEO Lyall Gorman said he is proud of the achievements the Evolve Housing team has accomplished over the last 12 months.
