Evolve Housing’s Arncliffe Community Hub Program has been recognised for its impact in the social housing sector, winning at the Place Leaders Asia Pacific Awards last night!

Honoured to have received the prestigious Centerpiece Award, our team attended the ceremony in Parramatta Square along with our peers and celebrated the cutting-edge innovation in the sector.

This awards program provides a platform for the promotion and celebration of innovation and excellence across a broad field of place focused work.

We received the award for our Arncliffe Community Hub project, which provides support to 140 high-needs social housing residents. The project takes an innovative place-based approach and has the aim of building up residents’ capacity so they can improve their health, access training, education and employment, and achieve their life goals.

The Arncliffe Community Hub has two staff members who work on-site to support our residents and both Paea and Carrie Ann have done an incredible job at achieving this, while building longstanding supporting relationships with our residents.

Congratulations to our team whose hard work has created a sustainable, multi award-winning project! A special shoutout the dream team made up of Paea, Carrie Ann, Jo Lang and the Community Engagement Team who work tirelessly to support our residents, particularly those in Arncliffe!
